FINANCING
Insurance proceeds come first. Financing only makes sense when you need to bridge a deductible or pay for upgrades your policy won't cover. We don't lead with financing as a sales pitch — we lead with getting your claim paid.
OUR POSITION
If a storm hit your home, your insurance policy exists exactly for this. Our first job is to document the damage thoroughly enough that the adjuster has no legitimate reason to deny what you're owed.
Most of our customers pay nothing out of pocket except their deductible. A well-documented claim covers the roof. Financing isn't the plan — it's the backup.
When financing does make sense — bridging a deductible, adding impact-rated shingles, or upgrading a feature insurance won't pay for — we can connect you with a partner. But we won't push it.
Claim paid first
We fight for every dollar before financing enters the conversation.
Deductible bridge
If you need to cover your deductible while waiting on a check, financing can fill that gap.
Upgrade financing
Impact-rated shingles, code-required items insurance won't cover, premium gutters — financing can pay the difference.
No-claim repairs
Damage that doesn't meet your deductible threshold? We can still fix it, financed or cash.
